I. Guidance for IEEE Xplore Publication
1.1. Manuscript preparation
This section provides guidelines regarding acceptable manuscript applications, layouts, fonts, and graphics.
Templates: Please use Microsoft Word (A4 size) or LaTeX
to create your document. It is strongly suggested to use the IEEE
templates that incorporate the correct formatting specifications. Please
click the icon below to download the templates:

1.2. Page limit: The
suggested size is full four to six (4-6) pages. Papers up to eight (8)
printed pages including figures, and tables will be allowed with the
purchase of additional page charges at the time of registration and
final paper submission.
1.3. Headers, footers, and page numbers: No headers, footers, or page numbers should appear on your manuscript.
1.4. Margins: Papers cannot be accepted with margins smaller than those given in the table below:

1.6. Graphics and Images:
- Choose vector graphics (e.g., .eps or .pdf) over bitmap (.bmp, .png,
or .jpg) images because they are electronically efficient and will not
conflict with conversions to PDF.
- Resolution should be between 150 and 300 dpi or less. Resolutions
greater than 300 will cause down sampling; images below 300 will not
render well in print.
- All images should be checked by
printing to hardcopy if the conference will be producing a book,
especially when color images in your paper will be translated to black
and white in print.
1.7. Regarding AI-Generated Text
The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article
shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper
submitted to an IEEE Conference. The sections of the paper that use
AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to
generate the text.
This and other submission policies can be found in the IEEE Author Center Conference Author Submission Policies page at https://conferences.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/author-ethics/guidelines-and-policies/submission-policies/

II. Guidance for Springer Proceedings Publication
2.1. Manuscript preparation
Your contribution may be prepared in LaTeX or Microsoft Word. It is strongly suggested to use the Springer Proceedings templates that incorporate the correct formatting specifications. Please use the templates provided below.
Springer template
A4 MS Word and Latex

10-12 pages of length
We need all source files (LaTeX files with all the associated style
files, special fonts and eps files, or Word or rtf files) and the pdfs
of all of the papers. Please note that we cannot accept Framemaker
files. If your paper has been prepared using LaTeX, please supply us
with the bib/bbl file for the references. LaTeX users should avoid
self-defined environments and use the bibliographic style MathPhySci for
computer science proceedings.
Please do not use long names for the labelling of your files, as this can make them difficult to open further down the line.
2.2. Length of paper
The suggested size is full eight to twelve (8-12) pages. Papers up to fourteen(14)
printed pages including figures, and tables will be allowed with the
purchase of additional page charges at the time of registration and
final paper submission.
2.3 Fonts
Springer aim to publish all proceedings
papers in full-text xml. Our templates for LaTeX are based on CMR, and
our xml templates for Word are based on Times. We ask you to use the
font according to the template used for your papers. Papers using other
fonts will be converted by our typesetters.
2.4 Page Numbering and Running Heads
There is no need to include page
numbers or running heads; this will be done at our end. If your paper
title is too long to serve as a running head, it will be shortened.
2.5. Publishing Ethics
If figures, tables, animations or text quotations from copyrighted works
(including websites) are included in your paper, permission must be
obtained from the copyright holder (usually the original publisher) and
the author(s) for both the print and the online format. “Please refer to
the Third-party permissions page for more details.”
Self-plagiarism, duplicate submissions and “salami publishing” are not acceptable. “Kindly refer to the Book Policies page for guidelines on publishing ethics, conflict-on-interest statements, and more.”
