Please note that:

1. To be submitted manuscript to CIVILTECH 2026, the overall similarity rate of a paper should not exceed 30 percent, and the similarity rate to a single source should not exceed 10 percent.
 
2. To be published in the CIVILTECH 2026 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in Journal of Science and Technology in Civil Engineering (JSTCE) - HUCE or Journal Of Materials & Construction (JOMC) or Vietnam Journal of Mechanics, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference, and the paper must be presented by a author of that paper at the conference.

I. GUIDANCE FOR JOURNAL OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IN CIVIL ENGINEERING (JSTCE) - HUCE PUBLICATION
1.1. Manuscript preparation
This section provides guidelines regarding acceptable manuscript applications, layouts, fonts, and graphics.

Templates: Please use Microsoft Word (A4 size) or LaTeX to create your document. It is strongly suggested to use the JSTCE templates that incorporate the correct formatting specifications. Please click the  icon below to download the templates:

1.2. Page limit: The suggested size is full ten to fifteen (10-15) pages.

1.3. Headers, footers, and page numbers: The manuscript is written by Microsoft Word with about 10 to 15 pages long in A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), font type: Times New Roman, font size: 13, line spacing: multiple at 1.2, space before paragraph: 6 pt and all margins (top, bottom, left and right): 2.5 cm.

1.4. Margins: Papers cannot be accepted with margins smaller than those given in the table below:

1.5. Fonts: Fonts must be either Post Script or True Type and licensed for embedding. Use of unlicensed and custom-made or hacked fonts is strictly prohibited; your submission will be rejected if it is found to contain them. Below is a list of recommended fonts:

1.6. Graphics and Images:
- Choose vector graphics (e.g., .eps or .pdf) over bitmap (.bmp, .png, or .jpg) images because they are electronically efficient and will not conflict with conversions to PDF.
- Resolution should be between 150 and 300 dpi or less. Resolutions greater than 300 will cause down sampling; images below 300 will not render well in print.
- All images should be checked by printing to hardcopy if the conference will be producing a book, especially when color images in your paper will be translated to black and white in print

II. GUIDANCE FOR JOURNAL OF MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION (JOMC) PUBLICATION
2.1. Manuscript preparation
Your contribution may be prepared in Microsoft Word (A4 size). It is strongly suggested to use the our templates that incorporate the correct formatting specifications. Please use the templates provided below:

2.2. Length of paper
The suggested size is full eight to fifteen (8-15) pages.

III. GUIDANCE FOR VIETNAM JOURNAL OF MECHANICS PUBLICATION
3.1. Manuscript preparation
Authors are requested to strictly adhere to the format specified in this template including the page size and margins.

3.2. Page limit: The suggested size is full eight to fifteen (08-15) pages.

3.3. Headers, footers, and page numbers: The manuscript is written by Microsoft Word with about 08 to 15 pages long in A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), This paper template uses the Times New Roman font throughout. Body text is size 11 with before spacing is 6pt and justified. The paper title and all headings are capital. Bold or underlined texts should never be used. The only exception for using bold is when denoting vectors. Special characters should use the Symbol fonts.
