REGISTRATION POLICIES
1. For each paper, at least one author must pay a Regular/Student Registration fee by August 20 accompanied with the paper Submission Number. Each Regular Registration allows final submission of one paper, plus an additional paper for an Additional Publication Fee of 100 USD.
2. An uploaded final manuscript will be included in the conference technical program only after full payment of the Regular/Student Registration fee, or an Additional Publication Fee if applicable. Upload of an over-length paper is allowed only after payment of the applicable extra-page charge.
3. All final versions of accepted papers are limited to 8 pages (IEEE template)/12 pages (Springer template) at no extra charge. Authors may upload over-length papers up to a maximum of eight (10) pages for IEEE template or fourteen (14) pages for Springer template. However, an extra-page charge of 20 USD per page will be levied on the seventh/thirteenth and eighth/fourteenth pages.
4. Each Regular Registration includes all conference documents, 1 welcome dinner, 1 banquet ticket, 1 conference digest, 1 CD-ROM (or USB drive) proceedings, and access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks.
5. Each student registration includes all of the items in regular registration except welcome dinner.
6. Student Registration:
- Student must be the first author of paper
- To qualify for the student rate, a proof of current full-time student status (i.e., a copy of student card or certification from university) will be required.
7. Each Conference ticket for non author includes all of the items in regular registration except welcome dinner.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued by GTSD 2020 for any reason. Participants shall have confirmed all conference information before they complete the registration payment.
