note that to be submitted manuscript to UTE Civiltech 2026, the overall
similarity rate of a paper should not exceed 30 percent, and the
similarity rate to a single source should not exceed 10 percent.
I. Submission system
All submitted papers must be written in English. The submissions must be
made electronically in PDF format via the CMT (will be coming shortly) submission link:

III. Types of Submission
There are one type of submission papers for UTE Civiltech 2026: Full Regular paper.
