B. PAYMENT POLICIES
1. For each paper, at least one author should pay a Regular/Student Registration fee by June 30, 2026 (Early- bird) accompanied with the paper Submission Number.
2. Each Regular registration allows to register an extra paper with the suitable fee (see section I above).
3. Student Registration:
- Student must be the first author of the paper.
- To qualify for the student rate, a proof of current full-time student
status (i.e., a copy of student card or certification from university)
will be required.
4. Extra pages are the seventh
and eighth pages for papers formatted according to the IEEE template,
and the thirteenth and fourteenth pages for papers formatted according
to the Springer template and VNUHCM Press templat.
5. An uploaded final manuscript will be
included in the conference technical program only after full payment of
the Regular/Student Registration fee, or an Extra paper Fee if
applicable. Upload of an over-length paper is allowed only after payment
of the applicable extra-page charge.
6. Each
Regular/Student/Co-author/Non-author Registration includes all
conference documents, 1 special gift, 1 banquet ticket and access to all
sessions, lunches, coffee breaks.
